This role involves taking full responsibility for the calculation and project planning of earthworks, civil engineering, and road construction projects at a leading German construction firm. Day-to-day, you will evaluate and optimize planning concepts, coordinate with clients and public authorities, and manage both internal and external specialist planners. You will be responsible for the tendering and awarding process while developing technical innovations and alternative solutions. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or similar (FH/TU/TH); or qualification as a State-Certified Technician in Civil Engineering. Alternatively, experienced Site Managers or Foremen with extensive professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering and civil engineering calculation or planning
- Practical experience in earthworks and road construction projects
- Experience in the tendering and awarding process is desirable
- Proven track record in independent project management and cost awareness
- Experience in coordinating with authorities and specialist planners
