As a member of the support team, you will handle customer inquiries via email, a ticketing system, and occasionally by phone. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing and solving technical issues, assisting with customer onboarding, and maintaining help documentation. You will work closely with the development and product management teams to ensure high-quality service and provide feedback for product improvement.
