Job Summary

This role involves acting as a critical bridge between business departments and IT during the implementation and ongoing operation of SAP S/4HANA. Day-to-day, you will represent specific module areas such as Production Planning (PP), Project System (PS), Materials Management (MM), Logistics (LO), or Finance/Controlling (FI/CO). You will collaborate with process owners and external partners to define future processes, translate business requirements into user stories, and conduct rigorous system testing and data migration validation. Following the system go-live, you will serve as the primary contact for end-users, providing second-level support, creating training materials, and managing change requests.
