Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g., Certified Construction Technician/Bautechniker).
Experience
- Relevant professional experience as a Construction Manager in civil engineering or structural engineering
- Experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects
- Proven track record in project management and team leadership
- Experience in negotiating and enforcing supplementary claims (Nachtragsgestaltung)
- Practical experience in subcontractor coordination and site result control
