As a Project Manager for Digitalization within the Office for Administrative Modernization, you will play a pivotal cross-functional role in shaping the digital transformation of the Paderborn District Administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading, developing, and implementing complex digital projects, acting as a vital link between specialized departments, IT, data protection, and external partners. You will be tasked with market research for administrative technology, managing digital workflows, and ensuring project success through systematic controlling and KPI evaluation. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Business Informatics or Management who are passionate about E-Government and innovation. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, Digital Management, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project management and the steering of complex initiatives
  • Experience in public administration or comparable organizational structures is preferred
  • Proven experience in leading projects with a focus on target-oriented and results-driven outcomes
  • Experience with E-Government frameworks and digital administrative processes
