Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager for the City of Potsdam's Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS), you will lead and coordinate specialized projects involving new constructions, renovations, and expansions of public infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing interfaces for electrical and low-voltage planning, selecting specialist planners, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle from tendering to execution. You will ensure project goals are met while maintaining close collaboration with the energy management department to promote sustainable building operations. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in electrical systems and public procurement law (VOB/HOAI).
