Job Summary

This role involves joining a creative team in Pforzheim focused on the end-to-end planning and realization of digital learning courses. As an E-Learning Specialist, your day-to-day will consist of conceptualizing, designing, and maintaining engaging e-learning content, which includes transforming complex subject matter into easily understandable digital modules. You will be responsible for the entire video production lifecycle—from planning and filming to conceptual editing—while also creating multimedia materials like images and graphics. A key part of the role is the continuous improvement of usability and visual design within the company's virtual learning environment.
