Job Summary
As the Electrical Team Lead at Agrarservice Lass (ASL), you will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition in Schleswig-Holstein. Starting June 2026, you will be responsible for the technical, organizational, and commercial management of the electrical department. Your day-to-day will involve leading and motivating a dedicated team, planning resources for both internal and private customer projects, and overseeing the installation of PV systems, storage solutions, and wallboxes. You will work closely with the heating, construction, and metal departments to ensure seamless project execution. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys building structures and processes from the ground up. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical field, ideally qualified as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical engineering, photovoltaics, or plant construction
- Leadership experience and organizational strength in a technical environment
- Experience in commercial management and economic responsibility for projects
- Practical experience in coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams
