Job Summary
This role involves leading the technical and organizational introduction of the 'Digital Records' (Digitale Akte) ICT service for the Berlin Fire Department, Germany's oldest and largest professional fire service. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of thematic sub-projects and working groups, designing and conducting workshops to facilitate system adoption, and configuring complex workflows. You will also oversee user administration and provide technical support to staff. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy bridging the gap between IT technical teams and process owners. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Fachhochschule or higher) in Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, Public Administration, Public Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, completion of the Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in Information Technology, Business Process Management, or Digitalization
- Professional experience in organizational management or project work
- Professional experience in interdisciplinary cooperation between IT technicians and process owners is preferred
- Experience in administration, consulting, and user support for ICT systems is preferred

- The position is limited to a 2-year project duration. Applicants with foreign degrees must provide proof of equivalence (ZAB).
