As an IT Service and Support Specialist at Grandits GmbH, you will be a vital part of a European IT matrix, supporting a modern helpdesk structure for a leading international food production company. Experience

- Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and peripherals
- Experience in independent IT problem analysis and resolution
- Experience working with helpdesk tools and ensuring data quality
- Experience supporting non-technical users through interpersonal communication
