Job Summary
This role is part of the Administrative Reform Implementation Project (VIP) for the City of Berlin, focusing on modernizing the city's public administration. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for the strategic steering, conceptual development, and implementation of reform measures within various Senate Departments. Day-to-day activities include advising leadership on organizational development, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and ensuring uniform quality standards for reform initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between different administrative bodies to foster effective governance and district involvement. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in public administration who want to shape the future of Berlin's government. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent), preferably in Administrative Science, Political Science, Organizational Sociology, Economics, or Law.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration
- Experience in technical steering, conceptual development, or strategic support of organizational and structural reform projects
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership, committees, or cross-administrative management structures
