Job Summary
As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will take full responsibility for the financial accounting team, providing both technical guidance and personnel leadership. Your core duties include overseeing the general ledger, preparing financial statements and closings, managing VAT processing and declarations, and ensuring accurate weekly cash flow statements and liquidity planning. You will also coordinate tax declarations with external advisors and actively participate in the annual budgeting process and support external audits. This is a pivotal leadership role within an international, family-run company offering flexible working hours and attractive benefits. The ideal candidate possesses a professional qualification in finance and accounting, extensive experience—preferably in a multinational setting—and is fluent in both German and English, with proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
