Job Summary
This role involves the oversight and management of construction and maintenance projects for the public road and sewer network within the Civil Engineering Office of Aschaffenburg. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for construction supervision, acting as the owner's representative on-site, and coordinating with planning offices, construction companies, and other municipal departments. Key duties include ensuring compliance with technical regulations, costs, and deadlines, as well as managing the acceptance of construction services and participating in the tendering process. The position requires a degree in Civil Engineering and several years of experience in site management.
