Job Summary
In this pivotal leadership role at a regional utility company, you will manage the professional and organizational operations of the electrical grid team, consisting of ten employees and two apprentices. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the operational safety and reliability of low and medium-voltage power grids, as well as street lighting systems. You will oversee project planning, documentation, and site management for all construction and operational measures, including the coordination of external contractors. A key part of the role involves serving as a mentor and instructor for apprentices. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics/electrical engineering with an additional qualification as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker). Must hold an Instructor Aptitude Certification (AdA-Schein).

- Professional experience in electrical grid operations or a related technical field
