Job Summary
This role at the Evangelische Stiftung Alsterdorf (ESA) involves taking full commercial responsibility for IT budget planning and software license management for one of Northern Germany's largest social service providers. As an IT Controller and License Manager, you will act as a bridge between business administration and technical IT departments, ensuring transparency and cost-efficiency across the organization's digital landscape. Your daily activities will include monitoring IT expenditures, conducting monthly and annual financial closings, and managing the entire lifecycle of IT contracts. You will also be responsible for license compliance and developing fair internal pricing models for IT services. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in software license management and various licensing models
- Experience in project controlling and the commercial management of external service providers
- Ideally several years of professional experience specifically in IT controlling
- Proven experience in financial closing activities (monthly, quarterly, and annual) within an IT context
- Solid basic understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery logic
