This leadership position involves heading the 'Digitalization and Organization' department within the Regional Church Office of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church of Hanover. The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel and budget management while driving the implementation and further development of the church's digitalization and organizational strategy. Day-to-day duties include managing organizational processes, overseeing specialized software requirements, and leading various projects and quality management initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex committee work and coordinate interdisciplinary teams. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in public administration, digitalization, or organizational development
- Several years of administrative and leadership experience in a church or public service context is desirable
- Proven experience in digitalization projects and strategic management
- Extensive experience working with committees and multi-layered organizational structures
- Demonstrated experience in problem analysis and strategic solution development
