Job Summary
As a Digitalization Consultant at REMONDIS, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation of the Southwest region. Operating out of Mannheim, you will manage digitalization projects from initial conception through to full implementation, ensuring that business requirements are translated into practical technical solutions. Your daily routine involves mapping business processes, identifying optimization potentials, and acting as a central interface between departments, key users, and external service providers. You will take full ownership of project management, including planning, testing, training, and rollouts. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in coordinating or implementing projects, ideally within a digital environment
- Experience in process mapping and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Proven track record in end-to-end project management from planning to completion
- Experience in managing interfaces between specialist departments and external service providers
- Experience in conducting tests, training sessions, and system rollouts
