Job Summary

This role places you at the center of technical support, development, and qualification for pharmaceutical process plants and cleanrooms in Munich. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of production systems, coordinating maintenance and conversion measures, and actively shaping production processes within a strictly regulated GMP environment. Day-to-day, you will support management with capacity planning, handle safety and environmental (SHE) topics, and manage comprehensive GMP-compliant documentation. A key highlight of this position is the opportunity to work within both line and matrix structures, applying Lean methods and participating in cross-site global projects. It is an ideal role for a technical expert who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and wants to work at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production or development environment
  • Experience in the maintenance, coordination, and monitoring of technical process plants and equipment
  • Experience in creating and revising technical regulations and operating instructions
  • Experience working within line and matrix organizational structures
  • Practical experience in qualification, validation, and change management processes is preferred
