Job Summary

This permanent role at the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Consumer Protection in Stuttgart involves overseeing the technical operations of a high-specification government building. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Master Craftsperson or Technician in Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Building Technology; or a University degree in Building, Energy, Electrical, or Supply Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical building operations or a related field.
  • Practical experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building equipment (HVAC and sanitary).
  • Experience in handling Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology.
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external maintenance and inspection service providers.
  • Experience in independent troubleshooting and performing minor technical repairs.
