Job Summary

This role involves the technical maintenance and repair of onshore wind turbines, primarily focusing on Vestas and GE models across Northern and Eastern Germany. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components. You will work within the WindNOW! GmbH team, a subsidiary of the Green Wind Group, which prides itself on flat hierarchies and a passion for renewable energy technology. The position is ideal for those who enjoy working at heights and are comfortable with regional travel for multi-day assignments. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician (Elektriker / Elektroniker).

Experience

  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Service Technician for wind turbines
  • Practical experience with Vestas or GE wind turbine systems is preferred
  • Professional experience in electrical installation or electronics
  • Experience working with control systems and power electronics
