This is a pivotal role within the Ahrensburg city administration, where you will lead the establishment and implementation of a centralized grant management system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve researching and evaluating funding opportunities from EU, federal, and state levels, as well as coordinating and quality-assuring grant applications. You will act as a key advisor to administrative leadership and project managers on financial and administrative matters, while developing standardized guidelines and reporting structures for grant controlling. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in Public Management, Public Administration, or Law with a focus on administrative law; or qualification as a Certified Senior Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in grant management and the acquisition of funding
- Professional experience in project management and business process design
- Experience in conducting projects supported by subsidies
- Experience in coordinating with municipal and funding authorities
- Experience in preparing complex reports and financial documentation

- Must have German language skills at level C1 or higher. The position is based at the Ahrensburg Town Hall. Part-time work is possible subject to official requirements.
