Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical facility management team at the Evangelical Deaconess Hospital in Leipzig. The daily responsibilities include the inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary (HVAC) systems to ensure smooth hospital operations. You will manage external contractors, coordinate operational resources including staff and budgets, and oversee complex replacement investments from planning to final acceptance. A key part of the role is ensuring compliance with strict hygiene regulations for drinking water and ventilation systems (VDI 6022). Required Skills

Education
