As the Concrete Testing Laboratory Manager for the Lahn-Sieg region, you will spearhead quality assurance for ready-mix concrete products. Your daily responsibilities involve leading and scheduling a team of building materials testers, overseeing factory production controls, and conducting initial tests and technical evaluations. You will play a pivotal role in developing concrete recipes and assessing raw materials from a concrete-technological perspective. Beyond internal operations, you will serve as the primary technical consultant for customers, resolving complaints and providing expert advice to sales and production departments. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Building Materials Tester (specializing in mortar and concrete) or a degree in Engineering with a focus on concrete. Advanced concrete technology certification (E-Schein) is preferred or must be acquired.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a building materials tester or in a related engineering role
- Professional experience in leading or coordinating employees and team development
- Experience in evaluating and assessing concrete test results and raw materials
- Experience in factory production control and initial testing processes

- Valid Class B driver's license and regional mobility required for site and customer visits.
