Job Summary
This role at Cormos® Medical GmbH in Jena involves supporting the development and production of innovative Class III medical implants for interventional cardiology. As a Production Associate and Quality Inspector, your day-to-day responsibilities will include quality assurance of ongoing production, monitoring testing equipment, and performing incoming goods inspections with meticulous documentation. You will also be responsible for the final packaging of products and the setup and execution of Research and Development (R&D) tests. Additionally, you will be trained in specialized production techniques such as medical sewing and braiding. This position is ideal for individuals with high quality standards who are comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. The role offers a family-friendly culture with a strong work-life balance, starting at 20 hours per week with the potential to increase to full-time (35 hours), alongside 30 days of vacation and modern infrastructure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical profession, though not strictly required.
Experience
- Professional experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, or medical technology environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in quality control or production documentation
- Experience or willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
- Experience in technical manufacturing or assembly
