Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role is based at a specialized educational and social center in Munich-Johanneskirchen. As the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK), you will oversee the technical operations of a diverse campus including schools, vocational centers, and residential facilities. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating internal and external resources for the maintenance and repair of building technology, electrical installations, and machinery. You will act as the primary contact for building management systems (BMS) and measurement and control technology (MSR). Beyond technical oversight, you will manage documentation, optimize power supply routes, and provide expert consultation for renovation and construction projects.
