Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role is based at a specialized educational and social center in Munich-Johanneskirchen. As the Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK), you will oversee the technical operations of a diverse campus including schools, vocational centers, and residential facilities. Your daily responsibilities involve coordinating internal and external resources for the maintenance and repair of building technology, electrical installations, and machinery. You will act as the primary contact for building management systems (BMS) and measurement and control technology (MSR). Beyond technical oversight, you will manage documentation, optimize power supply routes, and provide expert consultation for renovation and construction projects. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektrotechnikermeister) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the coordination and supervision of external and internal technical resources
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of building technology and facility equipment
- Experience in managing complex technical projects and providing consultancy for renovations
- Experience in handling building control systems and measurement technology
