Job Summary
As a Quality Inspector at MA Automotive Deutschland GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high standards of automotive body parts for premium international clients. Your daily responsibilities involve conducting product-related inspections according to specific test plans, evaluating surface parts upon delivery, and performing non-destructive testing—specifically ultrasound—to assess structural strength. You will manage blocked stocks, perform scrap bookings in SAP, and conduct various product audits covering bonding, strength, and bodywork. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Materials Tester (Metal Technology) or a comparable qualification in a metal-related profession.
Experience
- Professional experience in destructive and non-destructive testing of components
- Experience in conducting and documenting incoming goods inspections
- Practical knowledge of quality methods specifically within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Experience in managing blocked stocks and performing bookings within an ERP system (SAP)
