Job Summary
This leadership role involves heading the newly formed Office 01 for the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm district administration, overseeing approximately 25 employees. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of personnel administration, organizational development, and internal processes. Key tasks include driving employer branding, managing change processes, and representing the department to political and administrative decision-makers. The position serves as a central hub for public relations, occupational safety, and inter-municipal cooperation. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Long-term relevant professional and leadership experience, ideally within the HR or organizational management sector of public administration.
- Proven experience in managing change processes and internal organizational development.
- Experience in representing administrative departments to political stakeholders.
- Professional experience in personnel recruitment, development, and retention.
