As the Team Lead for IT Operations at Oxfam Germany, you will take on a hands-on leadership role managing the operational IT business. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the IT support and system administration teams, ensuring stable, secure, and economical system operations across 56 shops and the Berlin headquarters. Your daily activities will involve steering 1st-3rd level support, managing external service providers, and overseeing the development of workplace, server, network, and cloud infrastructures. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (with 3 years experience) OR a Bachelor's degree in the same fields (with 5 years experience).
Experience
- 3 years of subject-specific professional experience with a Master's degree or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree
- Initial or multi-year leadership experience in an IT environment
- Professional experience in IT support, incident management, and escalation management
- Practical experience in operating virtualized environments and Linux systems
- Proven experience in process automation and digitalization
