Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant within the 'Central Services' department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organizational and legal operations of the LLH headquarters in Kassel. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be split between procurement and fleet management. You will conduct price research, manage electronic purchase requisitions, process invoices, and prepare specifications for tender procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the vehicle database, handle logistics for vehicle exchanges, and support accident processing. The role also involves providing backup support for reception, mail processing, and event management. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking for a secure, permanent role in the public sector. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist, Office Communication Specialist, or Office Management Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r, Fachangestellte/r für Bürokommunikation, or Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement/Bürokommunikation).
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative or office management roles
- Experience in procurement, price research, and offer evaluation
- Experience in fleet management and vehicle logistics
- Professional experience in the public sector is preferred
- Experience using SAP modules FI and MM is desirable
