This role involves providing specialized tax advisory services for international corporate projects at PKF WMS in Osnabrück. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle complex topics such as withholding tax optimization, controlled foreign company (CFC) taxation, double taxation agreements (DTA), and exit taxation. You will be responsible for preparing expert opinions and client presentations, as well as representing clients during tax audits, appeals, and potential legal proceedings in tax courts.
