Job Summary

As a Process Engineer specializing in Wet Etching, you will be based in Itzehoe, Germany, taking on a pivotal role in the technological and technical support of manufacturing facilities and processes. Your day-to-day will involve developing and optimizing MEMS processes, monitoring and maintaining technological process and measurement steps, and determining production and equipment-specific key figures. You will also contribute to technology transfers with clients and other X-FAB locations, provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel, and collaborate across teams to ensure production continuity and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a scientific or engineering field, foundational knowledge in MEMS or semiconductor technology, and experience with data processing.
