As an Electrical Master Craftsman or Technician at Stadtwerke Schweinfurt, you will play a critical role in monitoring and controlling multi-utility networks including electricity, gas, water, and district heating. Operating from the Network Control Center, your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing connected systems, executing switching operations in high and medium-voltage networks, and managing emergency response coordination. You will serve as a central point of contact for fault reporting and coordinate with on-call services, external contractors, and authorities to ensure supply security. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker) specializing in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in the supply of electricity, gas, water, or district heating
- Experience in handling network control systems is preferred
- Proven experience in independent, responsible, and reliable technical workflows
- Experience in coordinating emergency services and external contractors
- Experience in shift work environments including nights and weekends
