Job Summary

As an Electronics Technician at MOTOR Ai, you will play a critical role in bringing Europe's first certifiable Level-4 autonomous driving system to the road. Operating within the hardware team, your daily responsibilities involve the pre-assembly and testing of complex modules and assemblies, followed by the precise installation of electrical components into vehicles based on layout plans. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of wiring harnesses, including crimping and soldering, ensuring all cabling is routed correctly according to circuit diagrams. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a prototype environment where 'work in progress' is the norm. You will provide vital feedback for product development, helping to optimize designs for practical application. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrical Engineer, or a similar technical field.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an electronics role, preferably within a workshop or production environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in manufacturing and installing wiring harnesses using soldering and crimping techniques
  • Experience working with prototype development and incomplete technical documentation
  • Demonstrated experience in systematic error identification and testing processes
