Job Summary
This role involves managing the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of employees for the Municipality of Wiefelstede. You will handle recruitment logistics, including job postings and interview coordination, as well as the preparation of employment contracts and decision templates. A key part of the position is the responsible supervision of trainees, covering selection, deployment planning, and legal matters. Additionally, you will provide backup support for payroll accounting and handle invoice bookings. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), or a 3-year commercial vocational qualification with relevant HR experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Experience
- Professional experience in HR administration or payroll accounting
- Experience in the public sector (TVöD) is highly beneficial
- Experience in trainee management and coordination
- Practical knowledge of LOGA software is advantageous

- This is a fixed-term position for approximately 2 years (until October 2028) as maternity/parental leave cover. Candidates must be willing to work 39 hours per week (part-time possible if full coverage is ensured).
