Job Summary

This role involves managing the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of employees for the Municipality of Wiefelstede. You will handle recruitment logistics, including job postings and interview coordination, as well as the preparation of employment contracts and decision templates. A key part of the position is the responsible supervision of trainees, covering selection, deployment planning, and legal matters. Additionally, you will provide backup support for payroll accounting and handle invoice bookings.
