Job Summary

As a Technical Facility Manager at Segmüller's central administration in Friedberg, you will serve as the company-wide point of contact for a diverse range of technical building systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing and maintaining fire suppression systems, HVAC, refrigeration units, and sanitary installations across multiple locations. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training, such as Plant Mechanic for HVAC, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Mechatronics Technician.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in technical building management or plant maintenance
  • Proven experience in handling technical systems configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience in coordinating, monitoring, and accepting services from external contractors
  • Experience in conducting and accompanying technical inspections and deficiency rectification
  • Experience in preparing tenders and performing invoice verification based on technical and economic criteria
