Job Summary

This role is based at the North Hanover Water Association (WVN), which serves approximately 100,000 residents. As a Water Supply Technician or Master Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical and economic planning, construction, and operation of water supply facilities, including a 1,500 km pipeline network and house connections. Your day-to-day involves coordinating maintenance measures using both internal staff and external contractors, optimizing existing drinking water systems, and providing technical customer service regarding meters and connections. You will also provide technical leadership to employees and support Technical Safety Management (TSM) protocols. This position is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in water utility infrastructure who enjoys a mix of field coordination, technical planning, and team leadership. The role offers stability under the TV-V public utility collective agreement and the chance to manage critical public infrastructure.
