Job Summary

This role involves managing and controlling civil engineering development projects, primarily for residential areas, with a focus on street design, drainage, and hydraulic engineering. Based in Kronshagen near Kiel, you will oversee all service phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), from initial planning through to construction management. Day-to-day responsibilities include calculating development costs, negotiating and awarding contracts for planning and execution services, and providing technical guidance to external engineering firms. You will also serve as a key point of contact for local authorities and participate in project and site meetings.
