Job Summary
This role involves managing and controlling civil engineering development projects, primarily for residential areas, with a focus on street design, drainage, and hydraulic engineering. Based in Kronshagen near Kiel, you will oversee all service phases of the HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), from initial planning through to construction management. Day-to-day responsibilities include calculating development costs, negotiating and awarding contracts for planning and execution services, and providing technical guidance to external engineering firms. You will also serve as a key point of contact for local authorities and participate in project and site meetings. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree, preferably in Civil Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering and Road Construction.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing civil engineering and road construction projects from planning to site management
- Experience in handling permit procedures and notifications for civil engineering works
- Proven experience in the technical management of external engineering firms
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations and construction laws in Germany
