Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional leadership experience with personnel responsibility
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning
- Proven track record in networking and working with political committees
- Experience in the fields of integration, social participation, anti-discrimination, or diversity is highly advantageous
- Experience in public administration or interdisciplinary project groups
