Job Summary
This role involves the operational and commercial management of two radiological sites in Münster, including a main facility and a private patient clinic. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), budget management, and profit and loss (P&L) accountability. You will lead, schedule, and develop a non-medical team of assistants and technicians while optimizing internal processes and patient flow. The position serves as a critical link between the medical leadership and the corporate headquarters. - Professional background as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or Radiologic Technologist (MTRA/MTR) with specific experience in radiology
- Initial leadership experience is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in business administration and KPI-oriented management
