Job Summary

The Thuringian State Office for Finance is seeking a Programming Officer to join their team in Suhl. In this role, you will be responsible for the new and modification programming of the DAISY payroll system, as well as analyzing processes and developing automation solutions for complex IT procedures. Key tasks include designing system architecture and data models, integrating various IT systems (DAISY and BEAT) across heterogeneous operating environments, and creating comprehensive program documentation. You will also be involved in process optimization, release and quality management, and participating in ITIL-compliant operational processes like incident and change management. Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Dipl.(FH), Bachelor) in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualification; alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT specialist or similar with equivalent skills and experience.

  • At least two years of professional experience in information and communication technology (if not holding a relevant university degree)
