Job Summary
As a Project Manager in Civil Engineering, you will take a central role in steering and coordinating complex construction projects from inception through to completion. Your daily responsibilities include managing the planning process, coordinating with technical authorities and stakeholders, and overseeing the procurement of planning and construction services. You will act as the client representative during the construction phase, ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within budget. This role also involves specialized tasks such as contaminated site management and providing technical advice on clearing and development issues. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience in project management.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering or project management
- At least 2 years of subject-specific professional experience preferred
- Experience in the tendering and awarding of services
- Experience in coordinating with specialist authorities and stakeholders
- Experience in budget and schedule control
