As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will join a globally distributed and multicultural team responsible for the operation and optimization of CargoWise One (CW1), a business-critical freight forwarding platform used by thousands of employees worldwide. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical support for corporate applications, managing Microsoft Windows Server environments, and monitoring Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams and the upstream provider, WiseTech, to implement business solutions and document operational processes. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent vocational training.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in system administration and/or application support
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Experience with AWS services and infrastructure management
  • Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual environment
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for business-critical applications
