As a System Operator, you will join the Network Technologies division, serving high-profile clients in finance, healthcare, and aviation. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring managed services, handling ticket intake, and performing initial analysis and prioritization of service requests. You will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring smooth problem tracking within a three-shift rotation. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience or basic knowledge in network and server environments
  • Initial experience with ticketing systems and 1st level support is preferred
  • Experience in service-oriented customer communication, even in challenging situations
  • Experience working within structured processes and prioritizing simultaneous tasks

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to work in a three-shift system (early, late, night shifts) is mandatory. The role is based in either Hannover-Langenhagen or Dresden with hybrid work options available.
