Job Summary
As the AI Lead at PETER/LACKE, you will spearhead the company-wide AI roadmap, bridging the gap between business strategy and technological implementation. Your daily responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing high-impact AI use cases across the value chain, from initial Proof-of-Concept to full production. You will establish critical governance standards regarding GDPR, information security, and intellectual property while monitoring emerging trends like Generative AI and MLOps. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a central interface between IT, Legal, and external partners. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Data, Digitalization, or Technology Management
- Proven experience in translating business requirements into technological solutions
- Professional experience in establishing governance, data protection, and compliance frameworks within an AI context
- Experience in managing pilot projects and Proof-of-Concepts through to productive operation
- Experience communicating and presenting at the management level
