As a Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the technical and commercial management of commercial and industrial properties. Your day-to-day activities will involve steering property operations, managing budgets, and overseeing reporting processes. You will act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and maintaining contract relationships. A significant portion of the role involves leadership, as you will manage and provide technical guidance to a team of caretakers and technicians. You will also plan and execute maintenance, repair work, and special projects while supporting the bidding and order processing phases. Required Skills

Education
