Job Summary
As the Team Lead Global IT Systems, you will be the technological architect for a modern, national hospitality concept. You will lead a lean IT team of two, focusing on maintaining stable systems, driving smart automation, and implementing AI to enhance process efficiency and scalability. Your daily responsibilities include managing the global Microsoft environment (M365, Exchange, SharePoint), overseeing identity and device security via Intune, and ensuring infrastructure stability across Windows Servers, Active Directory, and networks. You will collaborate closely with external IT partners and international stakeholders while actively pushing automation through PowerShell and Make.com. This role is unique for its blend of hands-on technical management and strategic innovation, particularly in integrating digital guest journeys and AI-driven support systems within a family-run hotel business environment that values flat hierarchies and a supportive culture.

- Several years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems, preferably in an international context
- Proven experience in managing and developing a technical team
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including M365 and Entra ID
- Practical experience in automation using PowerShell, Make.com, or API logic
- Experience in managing external IT service providers and stakeholders
- Experience with hospitality-specific applications like Apaleo or Like Magic is an advantage
