Job Summary
As a Senior IT Technician at ARKTIS Group, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, conceptualization, and commissioning of complex network infrastructures. Your daily responsibilities include the administration of firewall, network management, and authentication systems, as well as providing high-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. Beyond technical tasks, you will serve as a mentor to trainees and conduct professional training sessions for customers. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a structured yet flexible working environment and is comfortable interfacing with major manufacturers to resolve technical tickets. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable IT degree. Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CWNA, or manufacturer-specific certifications (Extreme Networks, Sophos, etc.) are highly desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in network technologies and network administration
- Experience in the installation and operation of network management and NAC systems
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and manufacturer-level support coordination
- Experience in firewall administration and network security
- Experience in mentoring trainees or conducting customer training is preferred

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to participate in flexible working models and travel to customer sites as needed.
