This role is central to securing global access to intralogistics systems, ensuring that all remote connections are strictly regulated, authenticated via multi-factor methods, and fully traceable. On a day-to-day basis, you will administer remote connections such as VPN, RDP, and SSH, while implementing and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions including TOTP and biometrics. You will act as the critical link between technical departments, IT security, and customer service to resolve connection issues and optimize security protocols.
