This leadership role involves overseeing a team of nine employees responsible for the end-to-end execution of pharmaceutical-technical projects, including new product launches, transfers, and manufacturing optimizations. As the department head, you will manage the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while maintaining responsibility for capacity planning and budget management. Day-to-day activities include mentoring project managers, reporting directly to the executive board, and continuously optimizing project management methodologies (classic, agile, and hybrid). The position is ideal for a strategic leader who can balance operational details with long-term business objectives. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification; ideally supplemented by a recognized PM certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2).
