Job Summary
As an In-House Service Technician at our Repair Center, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance, repair, and complete refurbishment of various laboratory diagnostic and medical technology systems. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers via 1st level telephone support, providing expert guidance on technical inquiries. You will act as a key technical resource for both internal colleagues and clients, ensuring all maintenance documents and reports are meticulously prepared. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys a mix of analytical problem-solving and customer interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training as a Medical Technician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a qualification in Communication/Information Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in medical technology, electronics, mechatronics, or information technology
- Experience in performing maintenance and repairs on technical systems
- Initial experience in the field of medical technology is preferred
- Experience in customer service or technical support roles
